Christmas Carol Service, 5pm Saturday 19th December at Chilton House
Our Christmas carol service normally held at St Mary’s Church is always a highlight of the Christmas calendar in Chilton. Despite all the restrictions this year we were determined to hold the event, even in a slightly different form to usual (sadly no mulled wine or mince pies) and at a different location. This year we invite you all to join us on Saturday 19th December at 5pm, at the front of Chilton House.
So wrap up warm, grab a torch, bring your family and friends (and dogs to howl along) and join us for the annual carol service, with an al fresco twist.
To keep ourselves warm and in the spirt of Christmas, bring your musical instruments with you, whether it bells, whistles, a triangle or trombone… …
“The best way to spread Christmas cheer, is singing loud for all to hear”
The service sheet will be available on the website beforehand and we encourage you to print it and bring your own (although we will have some spares available on the day).
We are delighted that we have found a way to still come together and remind you all to stay socially distanced in your household bubbles.
We look forward to seeing you on the 19th
P.S. We are hoping to take a collection of tinned and dry food to the Aylesbury food bank and any financial donations in a sealed envelope towards church expenses will be very very gratefully received.
Thank you
